Coming to CT as a volunteer has really helped my mental health, where I have gained confidence and has made feel valued and wanted again. The Support from Michael has also helped me as I have been given time to settle in and adjust to the working methods the charity requires.

Volunteering with CT has had a very positive impact on me, it has helped increase my confidence dramatically and has give me a daily purpose, where I can help staff and customers. Volunteering has also gave me valuable work place experience as this is my first experience of a work place and I feel in a far better place due to volunteering.

The drivers are very patient, always on time and do their very best to please. Very helpful at all times. Worth their weight in gold. That is Carl, Gary and Kevin, the only three I get to speak to and they are a godsend as far as I am concerned. I would really miss them if they weren't here.

I am 83 years old, have no computer, no personal transport, no close relatives and have walking disabilities for any distance. I have not been using the service for any great length of time and have Kevin except for one exception. Kevin is always very helpful and has a pleasant, friendly manner. I have been delighted with his service and expertise.

Kevin, our Driver is so caring and helpful to us all. Our only means of getting out. My friends and myself rely on your service for us to get out to Tuesday Club each week. To be picked up and brought back safely - our only means of getting out and the Driver makes our day. So happy and cheerful to us all every week. A pleasure to see him each week.
