Visit by Peterlee Mayor to new store We were delighted to welcome the Mayor of Peterlee, Councillor Terry Duffy to our new retail store in Peterlee on Thursday 15th October 2020. He had a walk around the store, and commented on how good it is to see something positive happening in the local area. During his visit, he was able to help assemble a dining table with retail assistant, Lyndsey Anderson. He said: “I had a great visit to CT Furniture in Peterlee and found the staff and volunteers to be a really friendly bunch. The idea to reuse and resell good quality furniture, therefore avoiding waste and landfill, is fabulous. I would encourage Peterlee people to pop in to the store, next to Lidl, and see the new and pre-owned items available.” All Covid-secure measures were in place for the visit. We would like to thank Councillor Duffy for attending.
