As part of our plans to recognise and reward our fantastic staff and volunteers for their efforts, we’ve created some ‘Thank You for helping us make a difference’ postcards.

So when a manager or supervisor wants to say thank you to a member of our staff or a volunteer, they'll send out one of these cards. There's space on the reverse, for them to write a personalised message, as to why they’re recognising the team member and saying a big thank you.

The card will then be popped in the post to the home address.

We're hoping to be sending out lots of these cards as we know that all our team members go the extra mile! A little thank you will go a long way.
