Passenger Transport Services/
Four accessible minibuses (one shared with PVS) operating group travel: services for day centres, children's activities, etc; and a new inter-campus service for 2 schools in the north of the Borough
Highlights of the last year
The Project continues to grow and embed itself into the community it serves. Since separating from Birmingham Project, we've successfully developed a new inter-campus service for 16-19 year old students in North Solihull as well as continuing group travel for day care centres and voluntary and community groups.
In 2004/5 CT we reached:

• Over 10,000 passenger trips - 1,150 for wheelchair users
• 35% of trips for 6th form
• Some 36,300 km on just 4 buses
• 70 affiliated groups
We enjoy Centro's Quick Wins funding and Solihull MBC give us free office space in Smith's Wood and at the Moat Lane depot. At year end Solihull was also awarded its first core funding grant by SMBC and is working closely with the regeneration team and the LSP to meet more transport and regeneration needs.
Solihull Project was officially launched in July 2004, a well-attended event with guest speaker Caroline Spelman MP.
