Passenger Transport Services

10 accessible minibuses operating group travel, services for shopping, day centres, children's activities, hospital visiting and appointments, training, schools contracts, and buses to work between inaccessible areas. Services are operated by fully qualified and CRB checked drivers. Minibuses are also available for hire on a self-drive basis.

Furniture Services

We have 3 goods vans collecting furniture that is recycled and sold to the public at a fraction of the cost of high street shops. Furniture is sold at our warehouse in Garrison Street as well as at our shop 'Circle Furniture' which is situated in the shopping precinct at Kingstanding Circle. When not collecting, our vans are delivering furniture purchased in our retail outlets.

Training Services

We deliver MIDAS, minibus driver training, programmes to members of the public and community groups. MIDAS is the recognised standard for professional minibus drivers. We deliver passenger assistant (guide) training which is MIDAS accredited as well as emergency evacuation techniques. We are currently developing the capability to deliver a suite of NVQ qualifications in administration, warehousing, retail and passenger transport.

Volunteers

We are a charity and we rely on a number of dedicated people who volunteer on a daily basis. Volunteers take on a variety of roles and are highly valued in our organisation, and are therefore treated with the same respect as paid members of staff. We are always happy to accommodate new volunteers.
